									<BR>Landscape Maintenance Crew Worker / Driver<BR><BR>Job Description<BR><BR>We are a well established, all-phases landscaping company based in SW Portland / Beaverton, Oregon with 30 employees. We have an immediate position open for and experienced landscape maintenance crew leader / driver with one of our weekly lawn care crews. The position is full time, 40-50 hours per week except for 3 months during the winter where our crews work one week on, and then one week off. We do strictly residential landscaping and maintenance. No commercial jobs.<BR><BR>Job duties will include:<BR><BR>Lead Crew, Supervise One Other Worker<BR>Drive company truck and trailer to approximately 15 homes each day.<BR>Mowing, edging, fertilizing, raking leaves, pruning, blowing, and weed control.<BR>Occasionally assist with landscape clean-ups or light landscaping projects / enhancements. Barkdusting, planting, etc. <BR>Drive trucks to yard debris disposal center to unload.<BR>Communicating / working together with managers in the company<BR>Assure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.<BR>Promote and maintain safe working conditions<BR>Shop upkeep<BR> <BR><BR>Skill Requirements<BR><BR>Fluent in Spanish is a big plus as many of your co-workers will be Hispanic.<BR>Valid Driver's License and good driving record<BR>Reliable.
